The service and its operator

BPLAN AI is a business-planning workspace at app.bplan.ai. It combines your answers and editable financial model with calculated reports, AI-assisted drafts and saved document exports. These terms cover the application; the bplan.ai marketing website has separate terms.

Accounts and eligibility

Google sign-in links your account to its verified Google identity. Signing in alone does not create a paid subscription or grant a paid new-project allowance. Keep your account access secure and provide only information you are entitled to use.

Use the service only for lawful planning and with information you are entitled to provide. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Any consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain in effect.

Planning and AI limitations

AI text and assumptions can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review your inputs, calculations, sources and generated documents before using them with a lender, investor or other third party. The service does not promise funding, investment results or acceptance of a plan. It does not replace professional financial, legal or tax advice.

The financial model is the editable source for calculated financial reports. AI prose is not independent verification of a forecast. On-screen deterministic Finance remains available without a paid AI request. AI actions are included with eligible paid access and use the saved model settings. Technical request safeguards and provider availability can affect individual requests.

Recurring subscriptions

When paid subscriptions are available, the recurring plans below are billed in USD for the stated interval. Review the total, currency and interval shown by Stripe before completing payment.

The subscription renews for another billing period unless renewal is canceled. Only a verified paid invoice grants the corresponding paid period. Creating a new owned project or explicitly saving a guest draft to your account consumes one project from that period. Edits, saved versions and included PDF exports do not consume another project. There is no rollover of unused new-project allowance.

Cancellation and refunds

Use Billing to cancel renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal at the end of the paid period; it is separate from a refund or a statutory withdrawal request. Existing project inputs and saved versions are retained after paid access ends. New paid projects, AI actions and new included PDF exports require eligible paid access.

A refund or dispute can revoke the affected paid rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Email support@bplan.ai with the relevant invoice reference and the reason for a refund or withdrawal request. Voluntary refund requests are reviewed individually; statutory rights take priority where they apply. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund. Starting AI generation does not by itself waive a statutory withdrawal right.

Saved documents and downloads

Included PDF exports use saved server-calculated document snapshots. Already committed eligible PDF downloads can remain accessible after expiry or cancellation, subject to ownership, a valid session and unrevoked payment rights. Existing eligible one-time paid PDF rights are also checked separately. A saved PDF is not a promise of indefinite hosting or future AI availability.

TEST Checkout is for testing and does not charge a real purchase. LIVE and TEST rights are separate. An uncertain payment or AI outcome is checked before another operation; repeated clicks do not authorize a duplicate charge or automatic paid retry.

Your content and service terms

Do not enter credentials, payment-card numbers or unnecessary personal data into the planning questionnaire. Review the Privacy notice for how account, project, AI and payment information is handled.

You retain the rights you have in the information you submit. You permit Business Plan AI and the providers described in the Privacy notice to process that information as needed to supply the requested planning, storage, AI and document functions. Do not submit content you lack permission to use, or use the service unlawfully or to interfere with other accounts. Generated output is subject to the planning and AI limitations above; this wording does not promise exclusive or legally protectable rights in AI output.

Contract, applicable law and contact
